MUSICIAN NUGGET ON HANDLING BUSINESS

| Sometimes the business that surrounds what you love to do can distract you and interfere with you staying on course to hit your initial goals. This is why we have to continue to focus on the main thing that fuels are creativity. I enjoy performing and I enjoy teaching. For each category, business administration has to be addressed for both. I have to negotiate with people who want to hire me. I have to generate contractual agreements for clients. I have to develop curriculum for students at different levels. I have to manage my websites and social media platforms. I don't necessarily enjoy doing everything that surrounds the things that I am passionate about but it’s the things that I'm passionate about that fuels me to do what I need to do regarding the business. My motto is, you have to do what you need to do now, so you can do what you want to do later. You have to discipline yourself to focus on what needs to be done in your development as a player and as a business in order to continue to grow. May the Lord be with you, Quamon Fowler
